Pfizer Dare to try is a project made to design new ways to think outside of the box and create innovative ideas. The head of innovation is Wendy Mayer, and the rest of the team, they try their hardest to create innovative ideas and venture out into the world of innovation.

What is it like to be head of innovation?
Mayer: It is totally awesome. I have an amazing team and we do really incredible fun things that will help people live longer, healthier lives.
Can you tell us a little more about Pfizer Dare to Try?
Mayer: It is a program that helps provide structure and tools to enable development of innovative ideas and experimentation to manage the risks.
What is your team like?
Mayer: They are diverse, creative, and collaborative. Everyone feels comfortable bringing new ideas to the table.
How long have you been at Pfizer?
Mayer: 18 terrific years.
How long have you been in innovation?
Mayer: Three years - the best I have had at Pfizer.
Where do you think Dare to Try will be in a year?
Mayer: Hopefully it will be the innovation engine driving continual development of new ideas.
