Pfizer Dare to Try
The Aspects of Pfizer Innovation.
These are the seven aspects of Pfizer Innovation. These aspects help us maintain a productive and innovative work setting. They also help to create new ideas and assess them correctly.

Greenhousing
Greenhousing is about nurturing each other's ideas and insights to help them grow until they are ready to be judged. When ideas are first presented, they are not fully formed and need help from others before they can be judged and assesed. Anyone can tell you why an idea won't work-and they might be right. But even ideas that seem totally unfeasible can lead to new possibilities. If those ideas get killed too early, though, that potential is lost.

Playfulness
Playfulness is about getting people into a great mental space to have ideas by using the "science of play". We are taught from an early age that work and play are different, and we might fear that "play" is unproductive or lacking in gravitas. But playfulness is really about letting go and being in-the-moment. This connects our conscious and subconscious minds and triggers curiosity and discovery.

Realness
Realness is about moving beyond words to bring your thinking to life. It can be very easy in business to rely on written and spoken words to communicate our insights, our thinking, or our ideas. In reality, these things are much more complex, visceral, and ultimately more human than these words can convey. Realness helps you enter into an iterative cycle of rapid prototyping.

Signaling
Signaling is about navigating between expansive and reductive thinking styles. Expansive thinking is where possibilities are explored and ideas get bigger. Reductive thinking is where options are assessed and decisions are made. Both types of thinking are critical for Innovation and Experimentation; but like oil and water, they don't mix.

Freshness
Freshness is about constantly seeking new internal and external stimulus to disrupt thinking and help inspire new ideas. Freshness is the lifeblood of Innovation and Experimentation. It is vital in helping overcome the barriers created by our deep experience and knowledge. Through developing a freshness habit, innovators are able to naturally make connections between previously unconnected concepts, which sparks new thoughts and directions.

Momentum
Momentum is about managing energy and harnessing passion to make things happen. Generating momentum in a project or initiative will release the passion and energy of individuals and the team. Energy and buzz are key ddrivers behind andy successfully launched new idea.

Bravery
Bravery is about having the courage to reach outside of your comfort zone, stretch your thinking, and take thoughtful risks. Bravery is the behavior that enables all others. It takes courage to suspend judgment, go with the flow, and try things that might not work.
